How to find equilibrium in skyrim

Here is where equilibrium is!

Do the college missions until you come across a mission called the staff of magnus. Once you enter the labyrinthian and enter the section called CHASM not thoroughfare follow my steps and find a door with a funny shape glowing in purple. It should be inside!

That"weird symbol" is a lightning rune. It can be easily countered by shooting it with a destruction spell (any is fine)

If you go in Labyrinthian and get equilibrium but sell it will it re spawn later?
