  • PART TWO

Of what good is it to develop ourselves technologically but fail to cultivate the compassion needed to eradicate hunger, war, and inequality -just to name a few. Natasha's ideas may have merit, but there is an aspect of the human mind beyond all categories of thought that no amount of knowledge or technology can reach. It is this realm where we can transcend our biology and cultivate our emotional spiritual and psychological potential: No amount of sub-physical bodies will do that.

  • PART ONE

Will we have -in this amazing new world of hers- the capitalistic monetary system which is governed by the the most irrational of all human emotions: fear. As she said, our thinking apparatus is not good enough to address what trans-humanism will offer and if we fail to free ourselves from a Capitalistic system governed by humans who are bound by their narrow mindedness, greed, and self serving ends, Natasha's future will end up akin to the film Re-pro Men.

  • @CalumnMcAulay she has a cyborg eye like the terminator

  • @CalumnMcAulay

Ray kurzweil for around 20minutes before he starts repeating his arguements to enforce his point. And aubrey de grey - I love his nonchalant attitude towards science, his whole perspective makes for an entertaining talk.

  • @OntDinRS fair enough... she may be well be a small player but she's female very interesting and very attractive and I'm fairly new to this and I havent heard any other female proponents of transhumanism. Who else makes for good listening?

  • @CalumnMcAulay

I was thinking, about her eye.. I bet people look her in the eye when she talks, eh? eh? haha.

No but really, she's quite a small player in the biotechnology game, I'm all for total upgrading - but what she's saying I've heard before and already know.

  • @OntDinRS after that fascinating talk all you can think to say is sup with her left eye? do yourself a favour and think!

  • 'sup with her left eye?
