Hi Naja, my husband is from Lebanon and I wanted to make this dish for him since he grew up with these delicious foods! He absolutely loved it and said that it tasted like home for him. He ate the whole pot in 1 hour!! Thank you and I absolutely love how you cook. Can't wait to try your other recipes, merci ktir :-))

Hi ....allow me to give you a recipe with the leftover pulp from the zucchini...
collect them and wash it good and and drain it well..then boil water and put it in...until its become tender..drain it...and in another pot brake 2 eggs and some parsley and onion finely chopped and 3 spoons of flour...salt and pepper ...mix it and add the zucchini pulp..then heat the oil in deep fry pan ..then scoop it with spoon into the oil each spoonful at a time..
I had these with an Arabic family when I was a little girl and loved them!! It was so excited when I saw your recipe. Clicked on "cc" for English subtitles and it states caption no available? Thanks again for taking your time to post these recipes.
