Ah, yes. I remember the crazy of animated movies based on my favorite Saturday morning cartoons. Well, one Saturday morning cartoon since I came in a little late for the majority of the 90s...but yes, Recess: School's Out is one of the movies I had my parents take me to see.

I liked all the music except for when the two-legged unicorn sang a song. That song made me cringe. This was a great review and I agree that this movie was way above most children's heads.

Don't worry, I'd have gout too if I could speak 17 different languages, especially if that included Japanese. :D This was hilarious! I love your videos on the site. I'm an Otaku, too! I never noticed the Harpin? had boobs until you pointed it out. Thanks for grossing me out. I'm surprised you didn't mention that Christopher Lee played the king. I also felt empty by the ending, which is why I didn't like it. But my sister did. BTW, the prince killed a dragon according the courtly love tradition.

Have a taco? HAVE A TACO?! Where the hell is this gang based, on the california-mexico border? Is that where the prince is from? Why not have some kit-kats or skittles too? I mean, if you're going to make a modern-day reference which has no business being in a film about freak'n unicorn, why not have Molly play with her iphone 4? Or why not replace the wizard with Criss Angel? Or have the red bull's kingdom be Disney World?
