STAR WARS: SHADOWS OF THE EMPIRE - OFFICIAL TEASER TRAILER 2010

Lucasfilms has finally announced the upcoming Star Wars spin-off, Shadows of the Empire- Originally a Nintendo 64 video game.

The movie takes place between Episode V and Episode VI when Captain Dash Rendar of the Rebel Alliance sets off on a mission to wipe out Black Sun- an evil corporation that has big connections with the Empire.

Shadows of the Empire is going to be shown in theaters everywhere May 14, 2011. There will be a special midnight world premiere a day before at Walt Disney World's Hollywood Studios beside the Star Tours attraction.

It'd be cool if a new film trilogy featuring the in betweens of the movies was made. The Force Unleashed (Between III and IV), the events that transpired between IV and V and of course end it with Shadows of the Empire (between V and VI)

I'm trying to find the Trailer they showed in the UK in the Cinema's when 4 5 and 6 was being Rereleased in the 1990's. It was a trailer of the game but i can't quite remember all of it.

Dash Rendar really makes me think of Jim Raynor from Starcraft. They both seem to have the same kind of roguish style.
