The Flabby Hoffman Trio (version 05/23/09) was in no mood to pussyfoot around on what was at the time the 5th anniversary of the Flabby Hoffman Experiment. What is the Flabby Hoffman Experiment? I am glad you asked. It is a series of high minded high falutin efforts to take the media out of the hands of the pathological cryptofacists and market execs and put it right where it belongs, into the control of savvy and artist friendly entrepreneurs. The idea being that only by empowering the media and the people who contribute to it, to serve the public by informing and inspiring them. To increase the quality of life for all and not like it is now where just a few exploitative bastards rip everybody off and then fill their souls with garbage. That's what this song entitled "Bastard Salad To Turd Town" is all about. Listen closely for the backwards masking, especially towards the end where you can hear the lead singer gleefully chant: "I'm Stiff As A Board"
