To pick myself up from a slump I just turn on some gospel, or Christian television, crank up the volume and praise my way out. I give thanks for everything that I have received and let the Lord know that if He never allowed another single blessing that what He has already done is sufficient considering I was unworthy in the first place! I praise & worship especially when I don't feel like it, I praise until my spirit agrees with my body and vice versa ☺

wow... i havent had the easiest life & ive gone through soo much in such a short amount of time & most times Im not going to lie, I wasnt as thankful for the little things that got me through passing exams, gettin a job, having food/clothes everyday, but earlier this yr my dad was diagniosed with cancer & everyday i cried myself to sleep thinking its over i knew i had 2 be strong for my brother & my dad, so now ive applied what ive read in the Bible & Pray i also talk 2 my family & vent

Leopard- I love this question cuz it really makes you think. I have had to pull myself what I call out of the dumps quite a bit. For the past 6 I've been suffering w/a chronic pain illness. I've seen over 35 drs, in 3states & I still don't have an answer on what is causing my pain that I'm in 24/7. I'm unable to work & do a lot of things I did 7yrs ago. So because of that I don't take anything 4granted. So if I'm down I just take a moment 2count my blessings. Even being able 2get out of bed.
