do you think doing it just like that then dusting it with a little chalk pastel color might make it look cooked?

@b26430 No, just use a deeper reddish brown color for the meat for a cooked appearance.

@MissMiniature To keep the colors from smearing, stick you "meat" in the refrigerator for while- then slice.
