  • When you went straight back and forth with your hands clasped, what direction was easier? Was it easier to go from front to back going straight back, or was it easier to go from back to front? And can you show exactly how to do that, or is it a natural thing that can't be done by stretching, After all, I have nearly been able to do that going straight back and forth, but have not been able to quite complete the move. I feel discomfort just as the shoulders are rotating and quit the move.

  • @cjs3872 Its pretty much the same either way. Its a natural thing, they just dislocate and relocate by themselves. In fact, when I get up in the morning, doing this is how I stretch to wake up!

And what direction was easier? Was going from back to front without twisting your shoulders easier, or was going from front to back easier? I know when I finally did my first shoulder dislocation with my hands clasped, I did so going back to front, dislocating my right shoulder first, with the left coming around. And then when I went from front to back with my hands clasped, I did so leading with my left arm, dislocating the left shoulder, with the right following.

  • @cjs3872 Its neutral. But I guess if I had to choose a way that's easier, it'd be going from my back over my head to in front

  • Can you also put your legs beahind your head ?

  • @zadisc Not both at the same time, but I can do one. I'm working on both :P

  • OMG you're amazing! And soooooooooo beautiful!

  • Can you crack joints? Back, neck, knuckles...?? =)

  • So of course the natural follow up is: Can you get your left elbow to touch your right shoulder (behind your neck, that is)? And vice-versa?

  • @MDizzleVision

I figured as much. I came closer to going straight back and forth with my hands clasped going from back to front. After all, you can bend forward to assist you to go from back to front, whether you're going straight forward, or twisting one shoulder or the other. I did my first successful shoulder dislocations going from back to front, twisting my right shoulder, bringing the right arm forward, then bringing the left arm around, but sometimes, my hands fly apart.
