@richmusic2 haha. ok. i admit, he's probably not the best jazz pianist there is. and of course, he got very lucky. but the thing is: he's not just(?) a jazz pianist. as you might have noticed. it's his voice, the way he uses it, the songwriting, the weird ass cover versions, his sense of humor, his energy. he could sit on stage for hours and just sing "OOOoooh" and blow you away with that. and i think that's why you're actually jealous. and myself maybe even a bit too ;)

@richmusic2: so come on and post something of your "mad" skills and then you can continue talking like this. you only can post such a bulshit because its anonymus. youre better than him?or even close? may be in your imagination. this is the best performer i have ever seen and his live voice is faultless. he doesnt miss one note. iif you can show me the same kind of performance i would admit that you are in the position to judge over him ;)

@schmui It's not that I think he is bad, I just think he is hugely over-rated. There are loads of better jazz pianists on the circuit who never have half a chance of 'making it'. Guess he just got lucky..... OK, perhaps I am a bit jealous of that!
