  • @theiglady And he was captive bred. Actually the body inflation and tilting is common, the feigned biting is a little more rare, but I have seen it in other horned lizards. In fact, I have other video showing that.

  • Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, if you think this guy is intimidating, check out the videos of the desert horned lizard defensive behavior I have.

  • I didn't even realize you had subscribed to my videos. Yes, I've got a few videos of him, and this one was captive bred! No taking the wild out of the Texas horned lizards from what I can tell. I have another of him making a feigned bite attack. Not very common behaviors.

  • He's so intimidating!
