It loses its value with young voters, independent voters, and the more opponents of this president keep harping on marxism/socialist terms.I hate to say it, but it does. I am a college student that does ethnological studies. I questioned a group of black men in a barbershop, who didn't vote in 2008 by the way, about when they hear those terms: marxist/socialist. They believe they are hidden racial code messages as to believe this black man shouldn't be running our country.

@atkimanchristmas People need to be controlled because people are morons. As for the lack of change, it goes far deeper than liberal vs conservative. Humans are no longer progressing as a species because natural selection is no longer in play. The dumb, fat, ugly, and weak continue to procreate in massive numbers and it hurts the quality of life for all as well as the long term outlook of the human race.

Unlike the brain washed republicans, democrats can vote beyond party lines, so its hard to get those 60 votes. In addition once a motion of cloture is filed it takes 48 hours before any action can take place on held up legislation ...so that might cause of slight delay in the "incompetent dems" agenda....duhhh

Obviously you don't know anything about how the senate, heres a short lesson ...Senate 101, Lesson #1 Filibuster!! that is when any senator can put a hold on any bill for as long as he/she wants. It takes 60 senators to file a motion of cloture to stop the filibuster. pt.1

Then maybe he should be listening to the 17 MDs on the Republican side of the aisle instead of that community activist & his merry band of radicals in the White House along with the paltry 3 MDs on the democrat side of the aisle.
