Watch a takeoff while landing

This is a video I took with my digital still camera in "video" mode. I forgot that ALL electronic devices are to be shut off during landing. 8~)

The interesting part is just before touching down, by lucky coincidence, a jet on the parallel runway is taking off. The entire takeoff roll happened to be viewable from my window.

I am in a Southwest 737 landing in Phoenix, AZ.

1000% phoenix as he lands he passes over I-10 and the rental car center. trust me i live in phoenix and i know that area. that is pure timing to see a plane take off as you land.

I never noticed it but someone pointed out the other plane way off in the distance that is landing on the parallel runway.

The area looks similar to Vegas, but I'm 100% sure it is Phoenix. Although I've flown into Vegas, I never made a video of it.

Good clip...from .00 to 0.25 watch another aircraft land & from 0.26 an Airbus 320 take off...unique !
