Beautiful scenery
Tim, thanks for the videos. I learn more in 2 minutes watching your videos than reading 5 how-to books.
I'm in CA, but see you're in NH. My grandfather worked for the corps of engineers at the Franklin Falls Dam many moons past. A few years ago my wife and I were visiting and I was walking through a small forest near the dam. As I was walking, I noticed the 50' tall trees were symmetrical with each other. Then a smile crossed my face. Grandpa planted them 50 years ago. Mike Crosby

@mikefixac Mike, Thanks for the kind words. The first B&B I stayed at when looking to buy land in NH was 1/2 mile BELOW that dam - The Maria Atwood Inn. I know it and the dam well. Yes, they loved planting those trees in distinct rows. Next time you're coming this way, contact me so I can walk you through my woods!

Would you know who Foss mountain was named after? Thanks.

@bgpickin No idea. But I'm sure the county historical office might know. Contact them.
