"PAST LIVES" - Wu Chun & Charlene Choi

READ THIS STORYLINE FIRST! (:

Zun, a notorious fire demon.
Yin, a celestial wind fairy.
Both representatives set by Heaven and Hell to eliminate the other.

Storyline:
Cheuk Yin, a young celestial wind fairy, was sent on quest to eradicate a notorious fire demon, Ji Zun, who was emerging as Hell's most powerful weapon. Despite her inexperienced age in Heaven, she was chosen because of her rising talent and due to a common fact: Wind extinguishes Fire. However, Ji Zun was given a similar mission from Hell; To destroy innocent Cheuk Yin, before she grows to be able to better control her wind powers and defeat the fiery Ji Zun, hence Hell.

Ji Zun (Zun) seeked Cheuk Yin (Yin) immediately, catching Yin off-guard while she was strolling in the mountaineer heavens. What they both did not expect was to feel a mysterious reluctance to kill the other from just at their first sight. A mission's a mission; A quest's a quest. Zun unleashed his burning powers against Yin, expecting her to be suffocated in his fiery depths as she tried methods after another to rid the flames, growing weaker at each try. By his taunting, Yin held her ground and was surprisingly able to defuse Zun's control and fire strength. Zun was taken aback, yet secretly impressed by the stubborn yet strong fairy in front of him. Both were unable to attack the other as friendship grew, and so did love.

Heaven & Hell both did not expect for Wind to fuel Fire; causing BOTH of them, as a pair, to be the most dangerous threat to the two unearthly grounds. Zun & Yin had to be gotten rid off, under the claim of a forbidden affair between demon & fairy. Yin, as a young fairy, was easily ripped off her immortal powers by Heaven, unlike Zun, who was rebellious and undefeated by Hell's orders. Yin managed to escape to earth, but was still pursued by Heaven's guards. Her running was pulled to a halt when she reached an edge of a high cliff.

Far, far away... Zun feels a dark omen; Something was happening to Yin, she was in trouble.

Yin, refusing to surrender and live a life without Zun in captured Heaven, had opted to end it all. Just as she jumped, Zun arrived at the scene. By the time he fought off the guards, it was too late: Yin had hit the ground. Zun did not see a reason to live without Yin.

Here, in present times, a young man, Wu Chun, gets painful flashbacks about the forbidden lovers Zun & Yin, not knowing who Yin was, but sure that the fire demon Zun and him were both physically and emotionally alike. During a night drive, Wu Chun comes across a mysterious girl at the traffic intersection who look just like the wind fairy Yin. He spent a sleepless night poundering over it. By fate, he meets the girl again the very next day and couldn't help but follow her, and fall in love. Her name is Charlene... but she does not know him.

How do you carry on with your present life when your past haunts you? How could he love anyone else, when his heart beats for the girl he had lost, centuries ago? And when he has found her again, and know that they are meant to be together, as they were in their Past Lives.
