Im pregnant and doing Hip Hop Hustle! Just found out I was Pregnant and I can STILL dance!

http://christinedwyer.wordpress.com I was just pregnant with my 2nd child while doing this EN FUEGO hip hop hustle dance routine from Powder Blue Productions. Chalene Johnson created this format to be taught in the health clubs. I was running a Hip Hop Hustle Instructor Certification in Massachusetts this weekend. This dance routine was one of my favorites and hustle is SO easy to learn and teach. It's amazing how many calories you burn while doing this work out. In one hour of this workout, I typically burn about 600 calories. This routine we did is called "THE SHOW" and it takes you anaerobic. If you think you can't dance, you surely can hustle!

@Xtina061986 that's going to be up to you and your doctor. For me and my Dr- I didnt have to hold back at all, as I always worked out at this level. So I did this up until the day of delivery
