@mugengaia A double yellow doesn't mean you can't make turns, it means you can make PASSES. If there is a dashed line on one side and a solid on the other side, then the side with the dashes can pass. Single dashed means either side can pass. But none of these say you can't make a left turn.

@winterstellar probably!!! some bitch in a chevy silverado hit my 1st pride (dodge neon SRT4) and fucked it up all become she was puttin make-up. when she crashed her eye liner almost went into her eye and PROVES that she was puttin make up! i sued for $20,000.

@richardperth2002 You're correct. Double yellow line means you can't cross the road from either side. Yellows line with gaps on one side means, turns can be made from that side only, and if double yellow lines you can cross lines from both sides.

However, if you look at the video, that's a local road with only a single lane on each side. Unfortunately that road itself is line paint error, since people have to cross the line to park in their driveways and etc.

tough spot for the bus driver but swerving to the middle was not the right choice. It causes the bus to either swerve into another car or as in this case, hit the other car trying to do get back on its side at the last second.
