TaylorMade R11 Driver

I lay Great Big Bertha to rest as I familiarize myself with the new R11. This thing makes my pro v1s bleed internally. The club had nothing to do with a couple of those hooks since that is all on my swing. It works very well when you try working the ball left or right and dead on straight even when I try to kill it.

This club should last me another decade of fun golf like the Great Big Bertha has. R.I.P. Callaway.

why aren't you pro. I don't care how ugly your swing is, what matters they are straight, and if they are going beyond 280 yards then SUPER THUMBS UP!!!!

@azrebels thanks for the comment, but the truth of the matter is, there are hundreds if not thousands of other people in this world who can do the same. driving is only 15% of your game. it's important to keep yourself in play and hit as many fairways and greens possible while keeping the number of putts down to a minimum. easy to say but very hard to do

@15golfboy this is at McDain's Golf Center in Monroeville, PA near Pittsburgh. One of the best driving ranges in the country in my opinion...i was lucky enough to practice here often since i was 10

great video, drive at 2:55 looked killed, What are you specs, on ur driver, loft, flex etc?

@kevstief888888 thanks! i'm using stiff flex and just changed the loft down to 8...everything else is standard

@fourone213 While you may hit it 300+ on occasion. There is no way you averaged 300+ from the swings on this video. A couple of the pulled shots may of had a chance but the rest. no. I'm not saying you can't hit long drives, but a LOT of people don't seem to understand just how far 300-320 yards is.

I am as well putting my Callaway GBB to rest for a R11. Nice looking swing as well.

You probably already know this but the fade is a result of you speeding up the downswing. Great shot when it's needed and even a great natural shot but just so you know why it does that!

@azrebels I agree, the swing technically is very poor but the consistency is more than good enough. I definitely would recommend short-game practice. Godd luck in your golfing pursuit.

work on posture, bend your knees slightly and bend forward from hips it will help you
