  • @stratmemph1 Yeah, 'Good Riddance' is a great guitar song to get started with. Changing between G C D and Em - all good chords to practice when beginning to play the guitar, thanks for your input.

  • I personally recommend switching between common chords, especially a g to a d because no matter how much you really practice playing chords you can always perfect transitions. an easy song to learn to practice it would be green day's good riddance(time of your life) so you can play something familiar while practicing.
