its hard.. and breaking yourself in is very hard.. but dont give up and youll get the results you want.. im only on day 5 and crazy sore.. lol.. but it feels good.. after about 2 weeks or so the body should adapt and the soreness will go away and itll start feeling alot better.. ive already seen improvments.. keep it up bro..
