I usually use twice as much charcoal as I prefer a crispy skin and moist inside. Otherwise I cook them exactly the same. I also throw a few chunks of any good hard wood I have laying around to give them that beautiful mahogany color and smokey flavor. Can't wait to try the marinade. I bought a Weber Performer 5 years ago because of your videos!

why did your juice on the other video look different u reposted new pork in the end with the actual sauce this time! the last video the sauce was watered down or something but this looks more legit thanks for the repost!
