I was always a 'Star Wars' fan. But I LOVED the new 'Star Trek' because it had a great story with more action than other versions. Of course, most Trekkies didn't like that movie cuz it changed too much (or whatever). Anyway, i do agree that Twilight is ruining sci-fi/fantasy (which most people lump together because they don't know any better). George Takei has a good point. :)

Technically Star Wars isn't science fiction either, it's science fantasy, (some even use the term space western) but then again since Abram's took over Star Trek any science (even psuedo-science) is gone there too, so it's perfectly logical to compare all three of these franchises.

@saversteel I was not saying anything bad about the fantasy genre, I love it. But it's stupid to compare twilight to two things it has nothing to with at all. It can't even be in the running because it isn't sci-fi.

@rockdude492...Even Lord of the Rings, Willow, Legend, Harry Potter are fantasy..and even Underworld, Vampire hunter D(an anime), Bram stoker's Dracula and many others are Vampire movies...But all they, are ALL much better than Twilight...i saw the first Twilight...just useful, boring, weak...so, i'm sure i'll pass all others, bye.
