  • good session. gotta say with squats i set a bench to decline and aim to sit on the edge to make sure my legs get a full 90 degress. but thats me bein self concious about range and ive never used chains before. good luck with your training, keep on course

  • @metubePJ - I hear you. Sometimes when we do regular squats we use the bench as a guide. Good idea for sure..
