Almost 7 years ago, a park ranger carelessly burned a letter in a area she should have known was a no-fire zone. The drought hit region caught fire and did sever damage to several of Colorado's counties.
Even after all this time, Colorado is still scarred.

Terry Barton you insane criminial. You walk free. Six people are dead because of you. Thousands of animals died because of you. 133 homes burned because of you. Colorado and its good people will be robbed of a woodland treasure because of you for centuries to come. You remain a danger just because you are still around. You need to rot in the worst prison hell on earth for the rest of your life. When you die you will burn in the hell that you should have while on this earth. In that is justice.
