Rem Koolhaas REX/OMA + Foster Dallas Center for Performing Arts night construction

Night Construction at Dallas Center for the Performing Arts complex. Architects: Foster + Partners Winspear Opera House (glossy red clad, ship-like form pops through a massive horizontal steel & glass canopy) ; and REX / OMA Joshua Prince Ramus & Rem Koolhaas' Wyly Theater (minimalist box, curtain scrim of aluminum tube facade) new building typology, first of its kind, experimental theater ; both still under construction, are to be completed on schedule next month (October 2009).
