this is the 2nd time I have heard that specific argument about doctors and lawyers....makes me wonder......not about the point but from where the point comes. And doctors do perform unnecessary surgery and other practices. Its been a problem for years. People didnt object to it until Obama said it!

if we don't want rationing, we need more doctors. Why do you think more people become lawyers than doctors? and now the president is insulting doctors by ignorantly claiming they perform unneccessary surgery because it pays more. Not only is that a stupid statement; but it's attacking the doctors at a time when his stupid healthscam requires MORE doctors than we have. People aren't becoming doctors because it's a huge investment of time and money while fearing lawsuits

In which 1 of my statements did I say I do not care about another human being. As a safety net hospital we do not deny care to any 1. The long lines are from to the sophiticated hospitals right up the street denying these same pts. care because they do not fit there demographics nor fill their coffers. There is no plan nor bill yet to be passed to signed by the president, it is still in the committies. I guess fox news failed to reveal that piece of info to its viewers instead of the rhetoric

The comment about me yelling was indeed stupid. I was not yelling. I am so happy America is waking up to Obama's plans to fundamentally change our great country into a useless nanny state. I will never agree with massive govt. intervention as it will destroy our country just like all the states which turned into nanny states. I have lived in many nanny state countries and it would be a shame if Obama turned the USA into a nanny state - He is a ONE TERMER! Got to go back to work.

I have not run out of things to say, if I had time I could go on for a long time. I have a health issue and I have been under the care of both systems - I know quite a bit. I see you clearly do not care about the long lines and the rationing body that denies care and medicine due to cost. Not to mention you do not want to address the fact Obama is not willing to look at other ideas - he has one plan and one plan only. If he wanted real reform he would look at all ideas and he is not.

I am sorry but I am not yelling. What a stupid comment. An opposing view does not mean I am yelling. YOU need to learn about socialized medicine because you clearly do not understand how bad it is. I do, I have a blood disease & was turned away in the UK from the medicine I need to keep my immune system healthy. I have lived in 4 countries & each one offered the same thing - LONG LINES & RATIONED CARE. Obama is on the wrong track. Why rush, get it right & so far, all he wants is govt. run care.

Fox gets to the bottom of the story. Obama has a cake walk on CBS, NBC and ABC. OMG, Obama gets challenged and he cries like a baby. Thank God for Fox - they are giving Americans the opportunity to know what is going on in the USA. BTW, why is Fox news ratings going through the roof right now? Americans are tuning in because they want the truth and it cannot be found on ABC, NBC and CBS.Fox always opens up the debate by having two opinions - you sure do not get that on MSNBC.
