Premium subscribers cannot send client orders to themselves. A client order is generally sent to the client. Premium Business subscribers have the option to add a fixed shipping price to a Price List and have the order redirected to them. So for example, you may want to offer free shipping, and then make sure the order comes to you, so you can personally deliver the order to the client. You also might do this to change the packaging, add your logo, a thank you card, quality check the order, etc.

Not only this really sounds cheap "get your coupong and order now!" but this is purely for US based users.

Living in EU these "upgrades" are useless (as most Zenfolio features).

My feeling is that Zenfolio will drive itself to corner if it remains so badly connected to other social media.

e.g. Smugmug seems to be way better intergrated to wordpress and other blogs and plugins for Flickr are just available for everything.

Bad move zenfolio. This premium upgrade plan is ridiculous. This is all end user managed and It shouldn't cost more to sell more mpix product. Seriously considering leaving your service. You have too much competition to not make this just a value added. Flickr, Zoto, Smugmug, Photobucket, shutterfly...............

What if we have just recently renewed our yearly membership, less than a month ago. Do we still pay the full $200 to upgrade? Then I would be paying more than the amount per year. Doesn't seem quite right.

That presentation is hard to take. As it stands the listener feels subjected to 'top down' advertising. Basically treated like an idiot.

Look at it again and then ask those around you what they REALLY think about it. The info is good, it's not the 'what', it's the 'how'.

Dorkiest 'evangelist' yet. Don't cheapen the brand with cliches from late night informercials ('but wait, there's more', 'and if this wasn't enough'). Anyways - what's the advantage of sending the stuff over to me first? Can't I just *do* that already with the $100 plan?
