Star Trek XI - Fake Footage #2

Ok, again not really footage from the new Star Trek film, but being a fan of TrekMovie.com I decided to create my own fake footage. This was done using the latest version of Blender, some high-resolution maps from NASA, and the wonderful Enterprise-A mesh by Dennis Bailey from http://stblender.iindigo3d.com/meshes_startrek.html. And you know, if I can do this, anyone can really. Lots of fun, highly recommend it. And of course, the music is from the now defunct Enterprise prequel television series. It kinda works for me.

This has always been my favorite ship in the Federation fleet. If only Kirk had not died in Genreations. It would have been really cool to see him in Deep Space Nine with the exception of Trials and Tribble Actions. And excelent music. I loved Captain Archer's theme.

Well I like it - I think the refit constitution Enterprise 1701 looks miles better than Abrams' effort! Love the way you put it all together as well :o)
