oh my gosh... my shih tzu had puppies and they all do that! its soooo cute.... even when you place the tips of they're feet in the water they swim like that =P

the dog was being cleaned after doing it's business. I don't see how keeping your pet clean is mean, if anything it's love and is what EVERY pet owner should do to care for their pets.
