  • An excellent performance, the only criticism I have, and it is very small, maybe only a pet peeve of mine, is that the guy playing the lecturer is a bit static in his movements. That is, he uses the same gestures over and over and does them very tightly. My advice, loosen up a bit and get creative with your movement. Again, I say this with all the best intentions and regardless of my one criticism I still think this is an amazing performance. I'm just offering constructive criticism.

  • First thank you for keeping things constructive and not letting it get mean spirited, I appreciate that. When I played the part, I believed that the Lecturer is so stiff, he makes Al Gore look like Robin Williams. The last thing he would want is for someone to call him "Loose". I think he may have been born with a stick up his butt ;-)

  • I didn't hear a flat, but I heard him being sharp on "good old USA"

  • flat, sharp, potayto, potahto

  • The background music was a little wonky and hadrd to hear but this is awesome! And I sympathize with the high note that flattened out towards the end. That's a hard one.

  • Wouldn't ya know, that was the only time my voice cracked on that not during the whole run.

  • Reefer Madness is one of my favorite musicals

  • Understandable, though i said all of this having seen Alan Cumming's interpretation in the 2005 Showtime movie version. His version of the lecturer is slightly looser not necessarily in his movements, but in his VARIETY of movements. I think that's what I was trying to say. I agree that the lecturer generally should be a little rigid in his movement, but not too rigid. Either way, your version was still very good.

  • HAHAHA this is great dude, well done!! haha

  • This is so good! Great Job!

  • u have other vids of the production!!! this is really good

  • I am indeed startled ...

  • Well I think it's better to be sharp cause then you know you can hit the high notes. In fact you end up hitting notes higher than you're supposed to.
