I respect the decision of anyone to wear a purity ring, but by the same token it is hypocrisy for Jordin Sparks or anyone else who wears one to describe someone who doesn't or someone who has sex outside of marriage as a 'slut'. I understand her anger and frustration at the remarks of a man who I don't like or admire myself but to put everyone in the same bracket of 'slut' is demeaning and judgemental and I think she could have phrased her objection in a much smarter way...
