  • the current constitution has kadhi's court embedded in it. is it affecting non-muslims in anyway? i dont think so, if the Kadhi's court are settling matters related to marriage, divorce, inheritance way kick out after all with or without Kadhi's court muslims will still refer to the religion for above mentioned. i personally don't see how the kadhi's court can affect the non-muslims so kindly be sober on the approach of the above matter no need to be emotional.

  • Kenyans should never agree to kadhi courts being enshrined in the constitution. This is not an islamic country and this issue is a waste of time.

  • When other countries like swiss are rejecting Islamitisation of their countries, we in Kenya are moving toward that. NO CONSTITUTION WITH KADDHI COURTS.

  • how can we have one law for muslims and one for other kenya that is idiocy . what if there was a conflict between a muslim and a non muslim eee? which law applies. we want the law to be separated from religion so everyone is equal under it those who want these religious laws need to move to saudi arabia or a muslim country kenya is definately not and will never bow to islam

  • Islam is don not want to define themselves as a culture, religion or disabled[people with special needs] yet they want to everything at the same time.If you can not solve your issues withing your mosques anything beyond that let the law of the land take charge, simple as that.Other cultures religions don that and have no complains. One nation, one law!

  • A system that has checks and balances will help close the loopholes in governance.

  • Separate religion and state. Period. There should be no superior religion in the constitution. Likewise christians should lead by example and not make our muslim brothers feel threatened unless protected by constitution. Thats why the Mungikis should be prosecuted whether in church or not under the state's law. Same to Pattnis and the many self proclaimed preachers who are mercilessly milking poor kenyans their hard earned cash through religion.

  • who needs to support losers here who have stolen from the wanainchi?

  • kick out any reliogionalism in the contitution or otherwise remove the clause all religions are equal. You can not have both period!!

  • please why are they giving this idiots ephraim maina and kiraitu a limelight. these so called leaders from central Kenya are just selfish greedy bastards that want to hold on to what they have and have no care on the needs of the people.
