i dont know of any atheists that have been "violent" as in physically violent in the world, but yea youve probably noticed lots of atheists being pretty active against religion.

never take it personally. we're not here to destroy you, we're not here to destroy the leaders of your beliefs, we're not even here to destroy your beliefs. we're just here to try to change your mind. reshape your beliefs.

we're also here to unite ourselves, and encourage other atheists to be open.
