W/O FRAPS = 70-80 FPS

W/ FRAPS = 35-45 FPS

You would probably be around the 50-60 range depending on settings. On max, I'd say 30-40ish?

Hey, I'm thinking about getting this video card, but I need some advice:

My Specs:

AMD Phenom X6 1045T @ 2.7 Ghz

6GB RAM

ATI Radeon HD 5670

I was wondering if my CPU would cause performance drop with this card due to the lower Ghz, how much better it would perform, and if this card could fit in a Dell Studio XPS 7100 standard case. Thanks!

Hello!

BC2 takes advantage of multi-cores so the drop in Ghz should not be a huge issue. You have tons of RAM so that's taken care of, and the card should fit in the case given that it has enough room in the front. Make sure the card can fit behind the hard drive mount. With the 7100 you should be fine though..don't quote me on it.

Your settings are not maxed out , your AA goes to 16 ;) and AF goes to 16Q

I have a question, just because I'm worried, I have the XFX 5850, I've been having issues running shit, but I'm like 99% sure that's ALL my CPU and RAM, seeing as their shit tier recently. Phenom II x3 8450 (2.11 GHz ouch) and 3 GB Ddr2 RAM

my main question is, the 5850, matched with good CPU and RAM hardware would be sufficient to run BF3 on High correct? not going into Ultra, honestly, High will most likely be sufficient to whet my lust for graphics lol

also win7 64 bit.

i have overclcoked but i5 is about same speed as my amd.

you have 5850?? should get atleast 50 fps i think. or try 4x AA
