What I learned from the support forums:
Apparently, there is some sort of bug happening when YouTube's server tries to convert the original stereo soundtrack to mono. You can bypass this bug by replacing the " &feature=channel_page " part at the end of the URL with " &fmt=18 " (without the spaces and quotes) When you modify the URL that way, the sound comes back. I hope they will fix this annoying bug soon.

I don't know the titles, but the vocals in the second one sounds like Thom Yorke of Radiohead.

The first song is "Blank Expression" by The Specials.
(sorry, forgot to mention that last year)
I still have no idea what the other one is.
