Recovered from autism - Magic Show Summer Camp 2010

Max's magic performance at 2010 summer camp.

Max, 10 years old, used to be autistic. He didn't use to have eye contact. He used to have tantrums and ourbursts, a lot of sensory integration issues, language delay. Although verbal, he wasn't able to communicate and interract with others and have a conversation that actually made sense. Anything he said was mostly to himself and his speech was mostly random and not meaningful. He used to struggle at school, wasn't able to cope in the full time special education classroom with only 8 children, wasn't able to cope in the cafetaria, gym, playground, etc. He always sat alone and had outbursts.

Today Max is in a mainstream classroom, has good grades, goes to many after school activities and summer camps as a neurotypical child, and accomplishes so much. No one can tell that he used to be autistic.

Max is on the GFCFSF diet and is treated fully biomedically, with no behavior alterning medication. He is on the methyl B12 therapy with Dr. Neubrander (www.drneubrander.com), and a complete regimen of multivitamins, minerals and other supplements.
