South Koreans protest against Japan

Aug. 15 - On the 66th anniversary of liberation from Japan, thousands of South Koreans protest against Japan and North Korea by burning flags and showing off their taekwondo skills. Nick Rowlands reports.

@vicious321 i guess your right, its no different than the european nations. i thought it would have just been nice if the asian nations stop fighting each other and unite, they would be SO POWERFUL! china i believe will be the next superpower of asia and the entire world. other asian nations will then unite with china to be protected

@juki0h That wud never happen cuz even tho they are the same race they do not share the culture, values, and history. This is speaking from a Taiwanese view. Unless one nation in Asia conquered the asia, otherwise they wud never united. Look at EU, their willingness to be together and demonstration as an united power is still slim.

i wish the asian nations of the world would unite and fight against western imperialism, asia would be the strongest continent in the entire world if they all worked together. hopefully soon they realize this realization and do it!

@chimneysmokes1 I got it from japanese youtube video, it says 9% ( or 11 million japanese) support the japanese government that dokdo should be part of japanese territory, while the 91% don't think it should be part of japan.

@chimneysmokes1 Survey shows 9% out 91% (or 1/10) japanese supports the japanese government that dokdo should part of japanese territory. 9% out of 127 million, means there are 11 million japanese who blindly supports their J - government.Japanese government doesn't want dokdo for territory, but because it methane hydrates and natural deposits of gas hidden under those rocks which has natural resources, and it also serves as rich fishing industry and military advantage against korea and russia.

@chimneysmokes1 What does being conquered has anything to do with being unfriendly . China in past was conquered by many nomadic barbarians coming out of mongolia and manchuria.In past but today we conquered and ruled manchuria,inner mongolia, east turkistan, tibet territories with over 56 ethnic groups. Vietnam was under chinese colonization for 1000 years but are friendly, many chinese are unfriendly because of CCP education but many are also friendly.
