Corporate photographer David Tejada show how he set up the lighting for an executive portrait for a recent annual report. David used 3 Nikon SB-800 strobes to light the portrait using CLS (Creative Lighting System).
As an option, could you have left the Fluorescents on in the background, gel the portrait strobe(s) with FL-Gx, set the D700 to FL and shot the ambient flashes bare?
Just curious, How come you used a cross light into a reflector as a main instead of say a softbox or even a sb800 shot through a diffusion panel? Im not trying to second guess your lighting or anything, just wondering! thanks

Bu what is the CTO filter?
Thanks in front :)
