I remember back in May 2000, I was fairly new with computers and I messed up a Windows 95 installation by deleting an important OS file, on a 75 MHz Pentium computer. I had it for about a month, and I used to use it to write. Anyway, I was forced to use DOS, and by complete accident I typed in "edit" and had a word processor. What were the chances. I kind of miss those days, just learning by myself how to use it.

What's the difference between command prompt and this "ms-dos" ? Thank you

@kookie4nookie
Command prompt is connected to Windows so you can type commands like cd /Desktop, and it will take the active folder in CMD to the Desktop, but command prompt is a bit different.

I translated your comment and the translation below just in case you don't speak good English. The video shows the basics of MS DOS in a fairly short time. For a YouTube video it is quite short.
