Bass Loafers

What to do while waiting for the hotel check-in? A frequent problem for mainland visitors to Hawaii when most flights arrive around 12 noon. Lucky for me my partner had the camera ready and noticed I was getting the Bass loafers and thin socks I wore on the flight (easier to slip off and on through security) soaking wet.

Yes indeed. These same shoes and socks (along with other slip-on shoes and socks) found their way into the surf a few times during this trip.
