My name is Grace Cano, and I am a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology. We had an assigntment due, and that was to pick a Barrio in New York City, take pictures and make a video. I picked of Spanish Harlem, and took photography that depicted the Beauty of Spanish Harlem.

First it was Italians then the Ricans moved in blah blah blah and now I see all this bickering and negativity about all the other Latino groups moving in. Things change people and hatin on other people just cause their different or cause you feel they dont belong is not gonna solve anything. Latinos and minorities should unite instead of bashing one another and trying to keep them down. I think Spanish Harlem is beautiful because of the diversity of the people. C'mon its 2011.

@91latinking you have much to learn mi pana, that is actually how the world can prosper better. you start from within with your own people. once you have established from within then you move to the outside. Mexicans have been trying to get over on the USA for decades that is a fact. million cry ibendito bullshit. last time a check mexico is not so poor. with a GDP in the trillion it make wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more money then Puertorico can make in 50 yrs.
