Super Mario: The Missing Stars (SM64 Hack) walkthrough part 3

In this part we check the underground area for 3 more stars.
Star 7: (Night only) If both buttons are in activated state at the same time, King Bob-omb appears. You'll have to throw him six times instead of three. Defeat him and the star appears.
Star 8: (Day only) Activate the buttons, and the star will appear.
Star 9: Get 8 red coins.

sorry for asking but how do you actually create worlds for sm64? all i know that hacks sm64 is toads tool 64 and that only changes textures and adds items.
