By the way, I am on Mac and it seems a bit complicated to read .wmv file on a Mac.
-
But then again, I might just buy it for learning the solos in greater depth!

This is great! I would purchase this... but I've already figured out two of the three songs on my own! I have them recorded but not uploaded, and was planning to ask you if I could do a lesson on either, but now that you're selling them, I will not interfere.

All the best with this!

hello stovepipe . question for you.. does your guitar in this video have a flat fingerboard? or is it like most guitars and have a little curvature to it....also wondering what is better for playing slid guitar?
Thanks buddy

Yes, it's a guitar from around 1927 and has a flat fingerboard. Cheap guitrs work well for slide so pick one up and if it has a curved fingerboard replace the nut and saddle by a noncurved one and you'll have a great slide guitar.
All the necessary links are in the descrioption box; just click on 'more info' in the right hand corner of this screen.

HI Belgian felllow.
You always get your slide on your ring finger, what about getting it on the little finger. Do the old bluesmen get their slide on the ring finger?

Just do whatever is comfortable for you. Mississippi Fred McDowell wore is on his third finger...Bonnie Rait wares is on her middle finger....Australian Dave Hole wares it on his index...
