I agree when my chihuahua plays he makes all sorts of noises.. Little ones that sound like a baby or growling or some weird deep one.. but hes just playing!! hes never bitten anyone.. people dont understand anything.

This dog isn't badly trained.
This dog is trying to play. But because chi snouts are so tiny, like the rest of them, and their eyes so expresssive, they always seem fierce. It's when the real biting starts, one has to think what they are doing wrong. Vicious dogs, in my opinion aren't born, but made.
This one isn't vicious. Just playful =)
