Simmons Residence Introduction by the Architect

Designed by Laguna Beach Architect David M. Parker. Project: Simmons Residence. Parker talking about the project from across the street. This house is a major renovation and addtion to an older house which had been gutted. Although the main rooflines were unchanged, the new design bears no resemblance to the original house. We wanted something modern but with a more artistic edge, hence the color accents and sculptural elements. David M. Parker, Architect is a design oriented firm with an emphasis on high end custom residential projects. Parker has been influenced by modern organic architects such as Frank Lloyd Wright, John Lautner, and Bart Prince.
