kelownascott. The old woman WASN'T tased for not signing a speeding ticket but she was tased for refusing arrest. What got her arrested was not signing the ticket. It is texas state law that once a person refuses to sign the ticket they have to appear before a magistrate. The officer was just doing his job by arresting her and the woman refused to be arrested. That is why she got taserd.

What kind of elder acts like a 5 yr old and doesn't have the smarts to just sign the ticket and appeal in court. Hell would you be acting like this if this was a 32 year old. remember people, being old doesn't mean your mature. I've seen first time drivers handle the situation better than someone WHO SHOULD KNOW BETTER AT HER AGE.
