  • The only sweetner I use and will ever use is pure raw, unheated, unstrained honey. Honey was man's natural sweetner for a thousand years, until he discoverd how to make a cheaper artificial sweetner - refined sugar.   • there isnt 41 grams in a can of soft drink. Americans really dont understand grams, not even the nutritionists .

  • @ch6ysgdt Because it isn't addictive the way sugar is and food companies are in the business of selling "food", they could care less what it is doing to our bodies.

  • It's about eating SAVORY foods, not substituting one sweetener for another. Americans eat too much sweet just.

    In my country we don't eat as much sweets and we have no obesity.
