The Tabak murder is maybe a most obvious example of:
1 Panicked over-reaction
2 Absent Freer Will no-saying
3 Violent heuristics triggered
4 No intent whatsoever
English “justice” uses a scientifically false fiction of “intent” hence most murderers are falsely convicted. Right to justice precludes use of pseudoscience.The solution is to redefine “murder” to correspond to what murder actually is as above
Justice is a failed estate of Power when the ECHR quashes most murder convictions as it will.
