Group B: Low I.Q./ High Popuation. [Generalized Human Population] Basic theory of Eugenics states that group A, the high intellect, low popuation group is obliged to rule over group B, because they are incabable of taking care of thier own needs.
When this Low I.Q. group, wich constitutes the generalized human population gets too large, it is encumbent upon group A, the ruling class to reduce the numbers of group B by any means neccessary.
