Frisbee Football ? What kind of expert are you ?
You dont use the black disc for either golf not ultimate. It isnt approved for either of the two sports.
AND it is not called "frisbee". The frisbee is a special model, produced and trademarked by Whamoo.
Your advice is so full of fail, i am not sure if it is irony or just plain bad.

not only does no one use that kind of disc for disc Golf, they are too big for PDGA standards, and no one is allowed to use that kind of disc for disc golf.
